Headquarted in Avon Lake, Ohio, the Neijia Academy of Internal Arts has taught martial arts and meditation throughout Northeast Ohio. Sifu Rikk Mayr holds classes in Avon Lake, Elyria and Cleveland to a variety of students both young and old. The Neijia Academy is dedicated to teaching and preserving the traditions of martial arts and meditation. Classes are available for Taiji Quan, Baguazhang, Xing-Yi Quan, qiqong, kung fu, Buddhist and Taoist meditations.
